No heating in the hotel

If you are used to stay in luxury hotels this is not your choice The hotel in a good location close to the Marina and the old city but the hotel without heating No Bidet in the toilet Hair dryer out of order Mini bar refrigerator not working No free drinking water in the room The staff are amazing and very helpful they brought external heater for me Specially Wafaa she did her best to solve all the problems Housekeeping and reception staff were perfect with all the others Fast lundary service Nice breakfast buffet and swimming pool First floor toilet was with broken handles The hotel need more maintenance

Perfect stay whilst in Tangier,

The Mick Jagger room was just simply amazing, the view was amazing and the set up of the room was beautifully done and spacious. The breakfast buffet was with lots of food options and the hotel was clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back to this hotel as it was above my expectation. Thank you for the lovely stay whilst in Tangier.

Pleasent surprice

Very modern and recently renovated hotel and rooms (still renovating a floor or two) Located literally on the Marina with beautiful sea-view. The other side is facing at the garden and the swimming pool. Incredibly helpful and polite staff

Amazing!

The location and staff!! They deserve 10/10! They made our stay such a comfortable one that I didn’t want to leave. The view is amazing, just make sure to get the Marina view rooms. They are listed as 4-star hotel, but this hotel would easily give competition to any 5-star hotel in the neighborhood. Their rooms are comfy and modern. If there was anything needed, the staff was there to assist us with all. The manager personally made sure that we have everything needed! Gonna be back again soon!

Overall, a very good hotel

Great location, decent-sized rooms, comfortable beds, clean, tea making facilities in the room, nice yard. We had a really good stay.

Breakfast selection - they spent a lot of time trying to make food look pretty (completely unnecessary), but there wasn’t much choice (more vegetables and protein would be good). Also, portions were very small (for example, they had yoghurt in tiny little glasses, so even kids needed at least 6 of them to have an ok amount, and they would constantly run out, and you had to wait forever). Bathroom had insufficient lighting, especially given there was a magnifying mirror (not sure what anyone can possibly see in it).

Everything was perfect. The staff was very kind and attentive. The view from our accommodation was incredible. The place was spotless, with comfortable bedding. The location was ideal—right in the marina, close to the medina, with all necessary amenities nearby.

Best ever holiday!

Hotel located in the centre, close to the beach, restaurants and also close to the old town. All witching a walking distance. Staff is excellent. Going above and beyond in any matter. They organised a birthday party for my child and sang the song in three languages. This was the best experience ever. Other things , hotel was clean, room kept also clean, food was good.

Five Star Treatment

I had the best stay ever. The general manager Nabil, upgraded us to the Mick Jagger suite, and it was above all expectations :) A beautiful suite with an amazing view of the Marina. From the minute we checked in at the reception, the ladies who greeted us were lovely and very friendly, the porters went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and well taken care of (even escorting us to the local shop at night and helping us cross the road in busy traffic). It was my daughter’s birthday and the chef (Tarik) baked us a special personalised cake, which was a great surprise, as I wasn’t expecting it at all, the restaurant staff sang happy birthday in English and Arabic which was lovely. Chef Tarik also proposed to take us on a tour of the city on our last day, we discovered a little gem in the form of Cafe Hafa, which is a must visit, whilst in Tangier. My daughter was so happy and we travel a lot but she said it was her best birthday so far :) I would like to thank the whole team at Marina Bay. I am usually very picky and hard to please but I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for 5 star treatment.

Didn’t like that it ended so soon.

Wonderful location, a great stay and attentive staff.

Well located and great staff. Got to speak to the hotel GM who personally welcomed us. Upgraded to a suite and the room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money.
